sometimes i really wonder whether having many friends is worth it. looking perspectively, not all would become close friends and not all will stay in contact till....forever?

being a skeptic, i looked at people who deleted me in my msn list. well, the result was far from surprising. some of them whom i had built a rapport with.... ahh well, not that important really. i'm just happy with what i have and that's not going to change anything.

anyway, which comes to my topic of the day. evolution.

i've been always fascinated by science; watched countless documentaries ranging from rocket science, astrostudies and right down to the very barebones in human genetics. but well, maybe i should get into a science major in Uni. have you ever wondered how far is 1 light year? search on it, its quite interesting.

its been raining for days on end now. sometimes i do really hate it but other times i'm really thankful for. like for example if i'm late for class, i would really hate to blame myself. raining season should end soon maybe in about a month's time. after that, it would be quite cool weather, and then comes in the hot season.

on friday, i watched The Last Samurai on the HBO channel. it was a relatively nice show, although i would prefer it to be longer. but in other words, it was simply just awesome. one of the best shows. i didn't manage to catch it when it had its cinema debut 2 years ago. so that explains...... oh in any case, i've also been watching Ichigo Mashimaro!!! Loli show, cute girls doing cute things. its pretty witty with a mixed sense of humour. kids stuff are sometimes the best things in the world eh? Bleach is getting more fans i suppose, with slightly just over 2000 downloads.

since thursday afternoon, its been TV, TV and more TV. mid term holidays!!!!! they're always the nicest since 7 weeks holidays are just too boring if i didn't find a job. i want to find a new wallet also because my cards inside are like breaking to bits. my debit card broke!!! urgh!! like wtf. and my IC too. one of the edges chipped off. goddammit. wtf. oh well.

oh ah uhm, tomorrow's my bloggie's 2nd birthday.

today is the last day for term tests. PAWN. pawn-ED.

after the paper, raymond,andy and myself went to town area to go...well sightseeing i guess. we took the 23 bus to Sim Lim Square but before we were able to reach our destination, it rained heavily. we were like 'what the heck?!'. so we waited out until the rain dampered a bit and we dashed off to the building. walked around a bit, then went to raffles place to eat with andy's girlfriend. she had work later so it was the 3 of is again after lunch.

walked around chinasquare. but we joked alot..and i mean alot!!!~ lame jokes. then walked to Liang Court near Clarke Quay. and i stress on the word WALK. walked around again at Kinokuniya and Audio House. then we walked to Funan IT Mall. walked again. after that we got so tired, that we went down to the food court below to sit for nearly 2 hours. =P

i took the MRT back to Tampines. then got on the bus to go home.

so i guess i'm too tired to stay up late. i'll just have a nice 16 hour hibernation instead.

by the way, no jap class for next 2 weeks coz of holidays. damn. just when i was about to understand jap music. hahahah. well, i still need to revise but hopefully i can finish up PAWN and MAPD projects on time. gambatte ne!!~

what else.....oh yeah i think i need to exercise a bit because i think i've put on weight. maybe going for a run would be good.

welcome to term test week ladies and gents. i promise you this would be hard, fast but efficiently painful and flawless. first up MAPD, second comes MSDE while third goes to MCSD and last but not least PAWN. although reports came in last saturday there was Water Technology.

recently, i watched this documentary about the development of human babies while in their pre-born state. 6 weeks after fertilization takes place, the gender of the foetus would already be known. nice~ not surprisingly, it doesn't breathe while inside the uterus, instead it takes in the liquid surrounding it and through the umbilical cord. also testosterone and oestrogen are present in both males and females alike. well, i guess i got to read up more on these kind of stuff. they're fascinating!

maybe i shall take up a doctorate in Uni. i always had interest in science and technology. double honours doesn't sound too bad either. or maybe PhD ---> Poly halfway Dropout.

ah so anyway, i changed my layout. cool, clean and nice~ and well since nobody(almost really...) tags my tagboard, its rather pointless of putting one.

well, time to study. MCSD must get A. PAWN must get A.

oh oh! did you know? Monaco has been producing some of the most beautiful princesses throughout the past few decades. i read that in a New Paper article in November. and they are really beautiful and they are ROYALTY. mind you. nice la~ maybe i'll marry 1 of them. just 1. sugoi zaini-san wa!!!!!! ii desu ne.......

school today was terrible. i was completely distraught with tiredness looming. i reached home at 4pm. too tired to even change clothes. but i had time to watch S.W.A.T on HBO.hahah!!~

i did a bit of MCSD, my tree structure only and a bit of the proposal. tables still need to be done and consolidated tree structure and storyboard design. then just now PAWN lecture, satu bende pon tak masuk otak. my brain was like literally in off mode.

well basically i did nothing for today. in short. i don't know why today i seem so tired.

a few days back i did a very interesting statistical count. i was at tampines interchange at around 8.30pm. this is what i did: everytime a person passed through this imaginary line, i would look at the colour of their hair. for 30 minutes, since i was REALLY waiting. i concluded that for every 10 people that walked past that day, a mean of 3 person had their hair dyed. from part-blonde,copper-brown to light blonde. interesting.~

well, yesterday, i went to school to finish up on MSDE project with andy,miguel,raymond and myself. after about 1pm, we went off to tampines central to walk around. i would almost swear that was the most fun times. except victor who went off for cycling in Pulau Ubin. almost.

i bought a miniature sword. merely resembling a katana. guess what, its ichigo's bankai of zangetsu. TENSA ZANGETSU. also i bought 1 of Ichigo Mashimaro's characters. i got Matsuri-chan though i was hoping to get Chika-chan or Nobue onee-san. it was friggin 3 dollars!!! anyway, i was happy.

today, i had japanese class. in my honest opinion.... i learned a lot of things.hahahahah. i'm beginning to undestand and write in japanese. but........writing in characters is just a pain in the neck!!! nevermind hiragana.....katakana....kanji is the worst!!! its been only like what.? 5 weeks i've been exposed in writing characters. but i'm keeping up with it.

well then, after the class i went to tampines interchange to hand andy my thumbdrive. his was a goner. afterward i rode the train to Orchard, to Hyatt to take back my smart shoes for CMSK interview this coming Wednesday. i wanted to take the bus back to tampines so i walked a bit down lucky plaza to the stop. i missed the bus!!! just because some joker in front of me was walking really slowly. at first i was contented because there was a traffic jam. then it sped up. i was like 'dammit, dammit dammmmit!!~' i got to the stop and the bus left. after which i said, 'goddammit~' well,shit happens so i waited for the next bus.

i dropped off at tampines interchange and took 28 home.

anyway, during my little excursion down Orchard, it was nice la~~ the kind of environment that would stimulate my thinking. i had many ideas to blog,but i've forgotten them. oh well. too bad.

oh yes! i've been to friendster recently. it had changed a lot since i signed up. i can't believe how many testimonials i owe my friends. maybe 80+? i'll write when i have time which isn't anytime soon. term test is coming and i ain't got a clue of what PAWN is teaching. and which reminds me i need to print my notes for the whole entire term! ahh well...that's it i guess. i gotta do my MCSD storyboard and tree structure.

uhmmm...ahhhh.....well.....i don't know ah....

hisashiburi!!!! been like 2 weeks since i updated.well, i would start with last thursday, 24th november where Izzah, Aishah,Tara and Hafizah treated me to lunch at pizza hut. well, it was super fun!~ but i had to skip my lectures and tutorial which was quite okay. hahah. firstly i was like....okaayyyy, here i am with 4 girls.....its not like its something wrong right....well anyway thanks guys for the lunch...or rather girls? heheh.

okay then...zooming past friday, saturday i went to school to do MSDE project but Miguel turned up late...hahahahaha...in the end we ended up in the library discussing...then we went to Burger King for lunch. right after my aunt called to ask whether i wanted to follow her and my cousins go Suntec City. so yeah, i went but it wasn't wasted....it was rather interesting. well.....we went to mothercare....because my wife would be giving birth soon........hahahahahahahah!! well..no...just joking...........okay, i know its not funny. but soon 'kay....soon.

sunday came and i had japanese class in the morning. it was super interesting. we leart how to tell the storey's of a building as well as to hone our skills in vocabulary. i already know how to read hiragana characters but not kanji. katakana-wise i'm okay.

okay, so after that lesson, i went to meet 'anujot tai'cho' aka boss, at expo for SITEX 2005. we walked around the halls while waiting for raymond. i think we could've easily walked around for 5 times round it!!! it was that long....and we were like...'where's Raymond?? he's on his way, OK..' then we were like looking desperately for a bag to put our pamphlets in but diappointingly. we saw quite a number of people toting around AMD and HP bags though.

so when Raymond finally came, andy and me were like. oh crap, we're tired. walked around some more. but the exposition was rather interesting. cool gadgets, hot prices and even hotter models. oh and did i tell you that i won a World Cyber Games 2005 T-shirt? i got it for beating Singapore's Silver Medalist in WCG in Dead or Alive on the Xbox. the thing is that its only 3 rounds i won 1 and him 2. he whooped my character playing with 1 hand!!! i was like 'shit!shit!shit!shit! i'm losing!!!!!' and he was like cool. heh. so much for DoA. so after a bit of waiting i went home.

skipping monday,tuesday, and thursday this week. private and confidential.

wednesday. i met hanisah in TP. said she had a buddy program for 1 week. experiencing poly life. so i met her at the bus stop. i was like....'ey, you're still short'. we waited for her friend. ain was it? yea. then instead of going home i followed them to TM since i thought it was going to be short and i had free time. so went around Tampines Mall and i treated them inculding me, hanisah and ain to choc covered marshmellows from a shop outside Charles and Keith i think. $5. then...went to U2, hanisah had a clothes change because she said it was uncomfortable in that shirt. then.........i don't know why suddenly the place Bugis was said. hahahahah. then they were like,' zaini, ikut kiter ar pergi bugis.' initially i wanted to refuse because it was getting late and i was tired. but persuade persuade persuade, i followed. walked around Bugis, wanted to go Suntec but tired already, cannot walk far. then stopped at a Sony Roadshow and hanisah was like, 'zaini zaini!, buy for me this for my birthday can? i will be super nice to you for 1 year.' well, if it was as cheap as the choc marshies its fine, but this was like 250 times the price? guess. ain and hanisah were like saying, 'hint hint' urrgghh..hahaha.
so on the way back ain said something about condoms and she said 'stay virgin as long as you possibly can...' or something like that. then i replied 'i'll try my best', LOOKED AT HANISAH AND SAID 'HINT, HINT....'. take it back!!!hahahahahah!!!!!~ (do you guys get it? no? then read again.)
then i went home.

today. TP had a seminar on further education in universities locally. NUS was first followed by SMU and NTU and lastly was UniSIM. it was interesting. well, it helped me have a broader view of the current perspective of education in Singapore. NUS was straight to its point, helping us to achieve academic excellence through world-class education. SMU had a rather interesting approach, it cultivates all-rounder students. i liked SMU because its campus is right smack in the middle of City Hall and Dhoby Ghaut. NTU i am neutral about it. i have mixed thoughts about NTU. i didn't go to UniSIM though.

well, i think that's about it for my entry. foremostly i would like to thank my right hand for typing this entry solo. oh yeah, i'll be helping out as a cameraman or videographer for tomorrow's Parent's Seminar.
