to Mother, you have taught me the essence of growing up and have inspired me to be a greater person.
to Father, you have instilled discipline and courage in me through all these years.
to my Sisters, i have watched you grow up with joy and laughter. the company you bring me is definitely to be treasured, always.
i will protect you; at all costs.
i promise...

Wind Whisperer. Will You Be Mine?
i just watched Norbit, the movie. its a really really hilarious movie!! out of 5, i'll give 4. =P
and i'm hooked on to this arcade game called, 'Afterburner: Climax' at Tampines Mall's arcade. its a plane simulation game, you have to shoot all the enemies' planes down. and there's this mode called 'Climax' when the game slows down and you'll have the chance to shoot down lots more enemies than you normally would. its fun to me, at least. but its like $1.50 for 1 credit!!! super-dupery expensive!!
but for a pastime, i guess its fine since i don't really spend much on entertainment for myself.
so anyway, there i was sitting with Lemuel in the cinema waiting for the show to start. we took D-level seats 1 and 2. next to me, there were 2 other girls which i think were quite pretty. erm well, i didn't really have a good look so i just dismissed it. the only thing that bothered me was the white musk fragrance the girl beside me put on. white musk is fine all but this was overkill!! i think she bathed in it. literally. =x
but it was kinda sweet. i liked it. that romantic smell. hahahahaha.
last time i smelt white musk was in secondary school. i think they were bought from 'The Body Shop' which sells good fragrances by the way. haha.
oh, so anyway, we met Hadi and Fandi down at interchange McDonald's studying. so we stopped by and had a chat. met Kenneth Su, Shahira and Kelvin. and some other ex-East Spring people. talked till like 12.30am then took bus home and here i am!! erm, i got driving tomorrow. 1pm to 2.30pm, then i'll meet Shirley to follow her to OSC to collect her transcript. ahh well, i missed the deadlines for Uni applications. i still have to wait 2 years before i can actually enrol.
i'm also going to the Japanese Embassy to get some information to go and study there. its been a while since i revised my Japanese. bahhhhh!~ i'm not lazy!! humpf! ok fine. maybe just a little.
its been warm these few days, i've been sweating and sweating. my gosh. El Nino really kicks in this time, Thailand's like blistering hot man!! see the weather info FYI. and supposedly, i'm supposed to go jogging every morning. i'm drawing up a plan so maybe it'll kickstart next week.
ja, oyasumi!!!
atsui desu yo!!
dame, dame. hontou ni atsui!!!

Eh, Not My Idea Leh. How?
i used to blog at night. but evening is good enough for today.
today i went to school to settle my outstanding school fees. in which i was rather erm...frustrated. i shall not go through the details and anyway that's not the topic i want to err.. discuss.
i think, i will have to apply for University admission next year. registration's already closing near and i haven't got my exam transcript yet. sigh~
though i'm also eyeing for overseas University admission. wahahaha. ambitious-ness. eh, must have goals in life also what! hahaha. reminds me of being a small kid again. though last time, my ambition was to be an airline pilot. not a jet pilot. hehe. ah well.
i just have nothing to say. my mood now? depressed. though i'm not sure i'm suffering from depression. very highly unlikely. oh, and i want to start work again. at Hyatt. i didn't really try looking so, i'm very 'busy' as you can see. eh, not my idea leh. have to start coming back late again. 3pm to 11pm shift. it sucks i know.
i think i'll go watch TV. MSN is pretty deserted with today being the last day of school and all. have to make do with TV. and i'm hungry too! i'll raid the kitchen too! haha.
ja, konbanwa!! haha.

A Penny's Worth
okokokokokok. here we go...........
every single time i start to blog, my ideas will start to run away. argh! fine. i might want to jot it down somewhere before i forget. all's well.
this evening, i went to Simei Eastpoint with Lemuel and 2 of his ICP coursemates, Camilla and Shida i think. and we went to the Pet Safari. it was nice! the hamsters were super adorable can!!?!? it slipped my mind to take some pictures.
i'm pretty glad that now i'm pretty much recovered from my sickness. just that i have to keep my blood pressure from going too fast. as a result, you will see a calm, relaxed, easy-going me. if not, i have to take a pill to actually lower down my heartbeat rate. not pretty i tell you. so in layman's term, i can't be too worked up, i can't be too angry, can't be too happy, can't be too sad.
does that mean i'm supposed to be feelingless?!?!?!!!
that sure is not pretty at all.
anyway, Chingay Parade's coming!! i wanna see, i wanna go!!!! its at end of February. wow. all i need is someone to tag along. =)
oh and Yoko is going to New Mexico in summer for about 1 year. that's way long. i couldn't bear to live for 1 year in New Mexico. supposed she should've come to Singapore but she didn't get the post. oh well. best of wishes to her.
all right then, i should get some sleep before i doze off during driving lesson tomorrow.
ja, oyasumi!.

それ が あい でしょう
299th post.
today i woke up at 8.53am. and my lesson at 9am. oh damn. i ended up 15 minutes late. but who cares, i love driving manual now. hahahaha!!
i went home a while to rest after that. then at 12pm i went off to school. met Sharon to give her some stuff i bought for her and Felicia in Thailand. we talked a while at the Student Lounge at SAA. then met Umar to give him some CD. met Lemuel at the Sports Complex, then go and accompany my cousin and his friends for the JAE.
first up, Engineering. i was told before; always take advice and recommendation with a pinch of salt. i have never regretted it since. the lecturer talked as if Engineering was the 'thing'. man, i just happened to forget to snap a photo. then there were times i was offered courses. my god.
do i look like i just graduated from high school?!! sheesh-kebab.
then Business. not much to say here. i kinda like Business school lecturers. friendly and approachable. likewise for IT school lecturers. Design was pretty quiet and so was ASc.
anyway, on my way out of the MRT station just now, i noticed more and more people are selling tissues. its not wrong and all but having children at their side makes it more....sympathetic. it reminded me of the poor in Thailand.
in Singapore, if you have a house to stay in, you're not poor; not homeless.
in Thailand, some people don't even have a roof to stay under. yet, they are able to make a living. so please, before you can say you are poor in Singapore, please draw a fine distinction between poverty and being selfish.
tomorrow is Valentine's Day. by religion, i'm not supposed to celebrate it. and i'm not planning to celebrate. i've got my driving tomorrow also. then i'll head down to Sim Lim Square to find Fandi a laptop.
its getting late. and now, everytime night falls, i become quite depressed. i'm not really sure why i feel that way. i used to like being alone. in solitude, i would reflect on myself as well as others around me. often, i would stare blankly into space. i don't talk as much as i used to. i would observe people around me. its just i don't tell anyone about it. i mean, what's the difference? i don't think anyone could tell whether i'm just dreaming. i'm a daydreamer too!!! heh. =P
i do have close friends. even lecturers. and i really, really appreciate what they have done for me and i will remember them. thanks guys.
actually, i would also like to present this entry to my parents and my sisters who have taken good care of me while i was sick during the last 2 weeks. they deserve a treat. soon. =)
and this is my promise. i will never let them down. never. not in this lifetime.
i guess i'd better get some sleep. but unlike yesterday, tonight i'll get some good sleep.

Once Upon A Cherry
'erm hi, are you interested in IT courses?'
'erm, dunno leh. got wat course good ah? my result not very good leh.'
then come for JAE for what?!............. -_-"
i stood, stoned away 1 day of my life. i stared lifelessly at the robot poster. well, at least i got lunch break to look forward to. it was so warm inside the auditorium hall. thankfully i had only a day of duty.
last Saturday was my first driving practical. for the record, i started driving my dad's car when i was 15 when my dad was away in China for 3 months. so it was nothing new to me except the manual gear and the clutch. but as always, i'm pretty quick to learn.
of course lah, got practice before what. *grin* =D
but one thing that bothers me. that Nissan Sunny no power. cannot run. i feel as if its a big fat cow trying to run. once i tried outrunning an L-plate Mitsubishi Lancer but failed miserably. can't blame me. i'm a racer. soon... soon.... heh heh heh heh. tomorrow i got driving lesson at 9am. i'm going to squeeze all that power from the 4 cylinder, 1.5 litre engine. but hey, its not a V6 or a V8. so at about 6,000 RPM at gear 4, i could only get what? 75 - 85km/h. roughly.
hopefully i can master the clutch altogether. now all that's left is learn slope and parking. after that, its all the way clocking hours in the manual car. the latest TP test i could take is in June. man, that's like way off lah!!! i go NS already can?! sigh.
my dream car. Porsche Carrera GT. i like. =)
sweet, sexy, slim and sleek.
or or or or!!!
Dodge Viper RT/10.
the peak of life.
but i'm not driving it.
my wife would be driving it. =)
women are just like cars. take care of them, and they'll take care of you. just a thought. heheh.
no offence.
i i i i i.... want to sleep!
early morning tomorrow.

I Love Pancake-s!
gooooooooooooooooooood evening!!!!!!!!!!!!
after a few days of downtime, i'm on the road to full recovery. last Friday, i was down with gastric flu. aww man, it was very very depressing. i couldn't sleep well, i couldn't eat well. i could say now i'm about 75% recovered.
so anyway, i haven't been out much. been at home resting. taking antacid to burp the air out. digestion pills. the sorts. depressing man...depressing.
now i'm just laying away rotting at home; jobless; waiting for graduation in May or NS. whichever comes first. and waiting for it is really really a pain.
i'm 20 years old this year!!! age is really catching up. my last teen year. man.
actually, truthfully, i've got no topic to talk about.
