Coffee Beans Are From Fruits

I just realised that I haven't been blogging anything useful nor informative for quite a while. Its always and most exclusively of me bitching about life and other people.

Today, I chanced upon this forum thread which talked about coffee. I learnt that there's such a condition called Caffeine Anxiety. [Link]

Also, there's an alternative way of preparing that cup of java. Its called Ristretto. [Wiki Link]

Basically, its a much tasteful way of getting that caffeine kick. I shall try that option if I happen to drop by a coffee joint. Oh! And did you know that Arabica coffee beans are one of the most popular coffee beans being drunk by people? There are mainly 2 types of beans as they are the most mainstream; Arabica and Robusta. The darker the roast, the less caffeine it holds too.

I've been a coffee drinker since....well.....since I knew the existence of coffee. Such a bittersweet and delightful smell and a distinct flavour. I love the smell of roasted coffee beans. It smells of energy and vibrancy. Though I would not put it as an air freshener. I think that would really make my head spin.

It became an addiction every morning to look forward to that one cup of coffee. One cup is just right, maybe two. Any more than that is considered unhealthy. Caffeine is good when taken in small amounts. It is still considered a drug albeit a legalised and commercialised one.

And the correct way of drinking such a fine cup of java is to sip and appreciate that 'roasted' flavour. Its abit like drinking wine I suppose. You sip, swish it in your mouth before swallowing it. But if you're in a hurry, one big gulp doesn't kill either.

Its 2:58am now. Where's my coffee?!

The Holidays Are Here!!

I'm sick.

Universal Studios with the parents,sisters,cousins,aunts and uncles was fun!!!!

And I'm supposed to be studying today which I have not started. I'm researching on stocks instead.

Anyway, I just realised that we didn't have any gathering for my birthday with the cupcakes. Wah, emo to the max can? Mixed feelings much? Hmmmm. Birthday celebration is actually nothing significant I suppose. Then again..........................forget it.

The year's coming to a close in like 1 week's time. Its been a blast, 2010. Alot of things had happened; both good and bad.

Good because I'm back to school. Bad because I'm just a poor student. (Paper wealth does not count). Girls are more materialistic nowadays. I should hide my money to keep gold diggers away. And I'll not say to anyone that I drive or whatever. I like taking the bus and MRT anyways. Can see pretty girls. Hahahahahaha. If no pretty girls can play with games on mobile phone. Win-win situation. LOL.

Someone once told me that girls usually don't grow a brain till they're 21 years old. Which holds true to a certain point. It is a time when they finally see the world with 2 eyes wide open. I'm pretty sexist for saying that but the truth hurts, doesn't it?

And you can pretty relate that to the average Singaporean girl that you normally see on the streets. The kind of attitude where they behave as in they're the only one girl in the universe and the guys must do almost everything for her. These girls are usually great for a short, night use which usually means they're not attached for very long.

I've seen girls who are worth treasuring for life but sadly, they usually fall for almost useless guys who have dicks for brains. Life is never fair. Compromise is the key.

I know!! I need a girlfriend! =)

The Ramblings of Life

My dad just got a new Windows 7 phone. He bought the HTC 7 Mozart. The phone is simply stunning. Windows 7 platform looks very promising indeed. Kudos Microsoft! (Never thought I would say it but its really a job well done.)

Anyway, I'm sticking with my HTC Hero for now, since it had already been updated to Android 2.1. Not as fast as I would hope, but still sufficient for me. I can use WhatsApp too!! Awesome.

There's like tons of good games being released end of year. Gran Turismo 5, Medal Of Honor, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, and the upcoming Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam. I'm like whaaaaaa........ so many things, but so little time to play. I bought Gran Turismo 5 Limited Edition at $88 which was considerable since its a limited first-print piece. I'm quite enjoying the game over the weekend.

Well, its the start of the new week and more things to learn. Whoop whoop! =D

PS, I'm starting to like her can or not?!
