today, 23rd September, is my youngest sister's 13th birthday. Happy Birthday!!!!! =)
my family went to my aunt's new house a few streets away. we had this commemoration ceremony which lasted about 45 minutes. there was food and my cousins all were there. it was fun la!!! always joking around. at about 10, i met Lemuel to give him his camera and MP3 player which was left in my bag yesterday. and i went home.
anyway, yesterday, me, Cherry, Lemuel and Raymond went to Arab Street to have dinner and my farewell dinner. thank you so much guys!!! 'ほんと に ありがとう ございます'。 'honto ni arigatou gozaimasu'. i really had a good time. =)
me, Lemuel and Miguel shared to give Cherry a box of Godiva chocs. i've never tasted 1 before. expensive chocolate!!! maybe i can find in Thailand. should be cheaper. =D
i didn't take any pictures. regretted. but well, since there were like 3 cameras among us, excluding mine, it was okay i guess.
we ate Arab food!!! it was a pretty nice change from local food. it was nice. really. especially dessert!!! i could've had more but have to maintain. hahaha. well, since i'm sometimes a picky eater, so trust me, when i say its nice...... its nice. and!!!! i had cherry for tea. it was nice because the cherry tea was hot. (no link?)
The Hot Cherry Drink
Waiter: "So, you like your cherry hot or cold?"
Me: "Errr, hot."
The Rest: "Hahahahahahaha!!!"
In My Heart: "I like my cherries hot..." (I'm joking) =P
--------------------------
after dinner, headed to Bugis Junction's arcade. stayed a while and Cherry had to be home at 11.30pm? but we walked to the main road heading to the expressway. there was......a hell lot of cabs. but most of them were hired. so waited....and waited....walked and walked.....when FINALLY!!!!!! a cab came along. and we happily boarded.
dropped Raymond off first, then Cherry and me and Lemuel. it was kind of a forced situation. i was the one paying for the cab and only had $13 with me. and by the time we reached Cherry's place, the meter was at $10.80. it was a hopeless way to get home la with $3 from TP because from TP straight to my house is at least $4 - $6. so the bus seemed like a good idea. in any case, i had to go toilet after what seemed like an unbearably long hold since afternoon. and we were darned thirsty. headed to the 7-eleven nearby. took bus home after that. and in the end i forgot to thank them for the dinner. how dumb was that. no choice, have to thank in MSN.
that's that. no pics this time to post. but come to think of it, i rarely post pics here.
Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
Cherry was not red,
I was not too.
I was hottttt!!!! damn weather. and there was this Puasa carnival near Arab Street. streams and streams and streams of people. but it was nice that the place was lit up. =)
and tomorrow's Puasa. long-awaited. well, Selamat Berpuasa.
i wonder how i can translate that to Japanese. or Thai. or French.
